An excellent tool for Adwords…

An excellent tool for Adwords management for abilities of all ranges. Especially if you add consulting, it really helps you get over any challenges you run into when you're trying to learn how effectively manage any PPC campaign. Plus, it's really great for building campaigns as well. The best practices checklist is invaluable when creating your campaigns. I definitely recommend this for anyone that relies heavily on PPC for their marketing efforts.

Tools are great, customer service is better

Good tools to keep organized and easily present a comprehensive overview of client PPC accounts in one centralized location. The customer service sets the software head and shoulders above any previous software our agency has used. Would recommend to others.

Some good know-how and tools, but some gaps

These folks definitely know how to optimize an Adwords campaign. However, their overall Google base knowledge seems fragmented among specialists. It took 3 months for my assigned adviser to notice that my site lacked an SSL certificate. While they thought it might be a problem, the adviser did not connect my traffic difficulties to the Google announcement for SSL certificate requirements made in October 2017. My adviser also approved a change to my Adwords campaign that was against Google ...

Good automation and suggestions; very easy to use.

I have found the tool and support to be very helpful in managing my AdWords account. I have reduced my CPC and overall spend and increased my leads.
