The best and easy to use self hosted CMS

What do you like best? Good plugins, easy to use interface and less server requirements What do you dislike? Everything is a wordpress post, custom plugins cant have their own content types What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helped me build websites for myself and initial clients. And webpage editing is also very easy by using plugins from other wordpress developers.
