Wordpress is a great way to publish news stories

What do you like best? Wordpress has a very easy to use interface and makes writing quick, I figured out how to publish compelling news stories quickly on Wordpress. What do you dislike? I dislike the blocking system sometimes, it was hard to figure out how to add pictures and have them display where I want at first. What problems are you solving with the product? Great user-friendly CMS, especially for a newbie! SMB's definite yes, Enterprise maybe not

If you're a newbie or even an expert in web development and content, you can use WordPress. Even experienced web developers like it for smaller sites. It's very user friendly and WP has great support and a ton of resources to help you. What do you dislike? ...

Wordpress to Impress

What do you like best? Both as a developer and as a user of WordPress, I find that it is really intuitive and has a lot of robust functionality in terms of plug-ins, themes, and overall management of the system. I think one of the major pieces that I like the most is the use of theme and child themes. WordPress makes it really easy to understand and implement across a wide variety of domains. What do you dislike? If you look in the forums, security has always been a one of ...

Simple tool for beginner sites or blogs!

What do you like best? I love the pre-made templates so I don't have to worry about design. I also love the behind-the-curtain user interface. The free option is great to get started, but it's cheap to upgrade your plan. Stats are readily available which makes it great to see how many readers/clicks you get. This is helpful for me especially because I'm trying to reach a specific group of students. Using stats helps me to know where I can improve my messaging/marketing of the blog. I ...

Not for everyone but for most

What do you like best? As someone who has used WordPress to build and manage websites for more than 12 years, it is my go-to CMS and website solution for freelancers and SMBs. In order to get the best out of WordPress, I recommend hosting your website with a managed WordPress hosting package. What do you dislike? As user-friendly and easy as it is for me, WordPress is not as "out of the box" as many people make it seem. If you want something beyond the default blog themes, you will ...
