STAY AWAY
Don't use them. They are awful.I am a WordPress business customer. Their interface is terrible and their "24/7" support does not exist. I've had a site with them for a year and have had an issue setting up my site due to a domain issue. I auto-renewed recently but still can't get my site to work and they wont help me. Their chat site has been down for days and you cant really call them. I sent them a message today telling them that I want to cancel my business plan. I thought they would ...

Wordpress is Great, if You Can Get Past the Glitches
What do you like best? Wordpress is fairly easy to learn and is a powerful content management system. You don't need to be able to build a website form the ground up using something like Adobe Dreamweaver (requiring a steep learning-curve). What do you dislike? To truly make Wordpress work for our brands, we have modified it with plugins, which most people have to do. Unfortunately, every time there are upgrades to Wordpress, which are faily often, it can cause issues having to do ...

Easy platform to use, confusing for beginners though.
What do you like best? I like the way that different sections of the CMS are grouped together, but the platform is confusing if you don't know much about the process on the host end. What do you dislike? Some of the errors are confusing when it comes to assigning terms and making sure your PHP is updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a personal website.

The image capabilities let me easily drop in images, size them appropriately, and add captions/alt tags as needed. Plus, the plugins allow me to do things like redirect URLs, ensure my content is SEO-friendly, and provide visibility into the content's ...

The most flexible CMS for publishing content for your business
What do you like best? Being that it's open-source, the possibilities are endless. We were able to build a fully customized content publishing process for our company. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve and compared to other platforms, you will need to keep the software, themes and plugins maintained at least on a monthly basis. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you can afford it, hire a professional to maintain your installation. If ...

Powerful Online Solution
What do you like best? I like how this allows the owners of the website to be able to go in and update and modify their accounts easily. What do you dislike? Since it is build on the open source model, there are times when different plugins are in conflict with one another. When this happens, the trouble shooting can be a bit time consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: There is a lot of variety of templates and plugins...as well as customization ...

Lots of customization options
What do you like best? WordPress is pretty easy to use for a beginner, but can be highly customizable for someone advanced. There's tons of plugins that you can add to be able to accomplish what you want with your site. If you higher a web developer, they can create their own code. What do you dislike? When using for a business, if you have multiple people editing, it can sometimes get clunky. The page will lock or you'll constantly get notifications that there's an autosave ...
