When I started using WP (free) a few years ago for simple blogging it was okay. Quite user friendly once you understood how it worked. Wordpress.com is awful!

Wordpress.com refuses to have a supervisor contact me.We paid for the business plan for 3 years! Their videos have a playback problem that they cannot fix and in the process of this they tell us that our videos (that no longer played) were a violation of their terms of service and deleted our website.
