Their support is nonexistent. DO NOT USE.
Their support is nonexistent. I paid for their business plan before I realized that I need to pay more money to even talk to someone. I tried migrating my site to bluehost and JESUS CHRIST did it reaffirm how much of a scam wordpress.com is. Jetpack doesn't recognize my paid plan and forces me into a never ending login loop. It has been 25 hours since I've heard from support. I hope Automattic goes out of business.

i have a mac and despite downloading…
i have a mac and despite downloading the latest php on my computer my website kept crashing! i paid three years via bluehost and i faced technical issues after technical issues. i spent hours resolving one after the other...and realised i spent more time resolving technical problems than actually adding content to the website. i grew so frustrated and tired : i gave up. to use wordpress, you need to not have a mac, and be familiar with coding and be tech savvy.. funny enough, i am an ...

I used wordpress.com for years and was happy with it. Some time ago they have changed they editing options - they removed HTML section and introduced some crappy, nasty - impossible to understand blocking system. It's pure hell!!! After trying to understand that - i gave up and move to wix.com now.

WordPress have taken £51 out of my account.
WordPress have taken £51 out of my account even though it has been 2 years since I have had a website with them. I have emailed them several times with all the information they have requested but the emails from them have stopped and no money has been refunded. I am very disappointed with there service and feel I have been ripped off. I would definitely not recommend this site.

Sad to se it going downhill
I've been using wordpress.com for the last 6 years or so to run a couple of websites and everything was going well and I couldn't have been happier. Then they introduced their new block editor in 2020.Their block editor is incredibly counter-intuitive compared to their classic editor and it's really a case of fixing something that wasn't broken. Great blog/website hosting
What do you like best? Lots of great templates to get you started and tons of help forums and videos What do you dislike? Can't always get things the way I want, like putting text over words. There may be a way to do it but I haven't been able to figure it out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's the perfect platform for our non profit website
