Regular User

What do you like best? I appreciate the flexibility that being able to include different themes and plugins lends to the website. It's also helpful that you have this flexibility without needing to know code. Since Wordpress is such a widely used platform, I appreciate the broad variety of resources. Plugins for any issue from free to paid. Forums and walkthroughs. What do you dislike? While there is a great deal of flexibility, there can sometimes be far more steps than seem ...

User friendly but can get complicated

What do you like best? When I first started using Wordpress.org I was easily impressed with the customization of the pages, posts, plugins, & design element sections. This was also my first time self-hosting but found that since WordPress is an industry standard I did not have a problems finding a host. Also a wonderful feature is that SEO plugins are already built in so automatically your site is search engine friendly no need to do anything further. What do you dislike? Because you ...

Wordpress Does WONDERS

What do you like best? I love how easy and simple it was to build our company's website. We are getting much more traffic after switching to Wordpress. It is easier to post blog posts, share tips with customers, and put out content we want our customers and future customers. What do you dislike? Customer service at WordPress isn't the best. They are hard to get through to. They don't offer the most ideal times for live chats either. Usually they are offered at 2 am!! Recommendations ...

User-friendly program for new website designers

What do you like best? I love the versatility of the product. It works for beginners, but it also works for advanced users. I enjoy that I am able to make edits using the Wordpress view but also that if I run into any glitches in the template or my page needs, I am also able to type HTML to overcome those obstacles. What do you dislike? Wordpress advertises that it is able to adapt to all formats (i.e. desktop and laptop computers, tablets, phones...etc. but often the template gets ...

Easy to Use for New Website Creators

What do you like best? I was new to creating a website when I first started using WordPress. It was really easy to use and learn as I went along, and easy to customize. There were moments where it was hard to use as I was figuring out the program, but once you learn it becomes fun and you want to use it more! What do you dislike? For new web site users and creators it can be challenging at first until you figure out the program, but with online tutorials and playing around you can ...

What do you like best? Customizing Wordpress is so simple that it's almost fool-proof! When you find a theme you like it's simple to click, install, and then customize it to your liking. The interface is so user-friendly that it's hard to really mess something up, and makes getting to the heart of blogging (the content that much easier. What do you dislike? WordPress not the easiest to use.

What do you like best? WordPress is fairly customizable for a free platform, which is great for having separate pages for different programs and events. What do you dislike? WordPress is not super intuitive, especially if you don't use it all the time. If you only login about once a month for editing, it is a pain to try and figure out all the features because they are not straight forward. It also doesn't show you what your page will actually look like when you are editing it, so you ...
