Reliable System for Websites
What do you like best? It is a reliable and relatively easy to use platform for creating and updating websites. The plugins are easy to install, which means that there are a lot of 3rd party integrations that can deliver value. The community is also a great feature and they are great at sending regular communications should something go wrong which can be helpful. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to use and some things don't work as logically as they should. For instance, it ...

Super Easy to Make Good Websites
What do you like best? I love the pre built layouts and the good ability to customize things without having to know much about coding itself. I also really liked the ease with which I could edit the content itself and make it appear the way I wanted on the website. What do you dislike? I dislike that there is a decent limit on the layouts that you can choose without having to pay. Also the widgets and other things to make the website pop requires you to know a lot more about ...

Easy for Newbie Bloggers
What do you like best? When I first started my website, I wasn't proficient at HTML, formatting or SEO. With WordPress (and a few plugins I can put together beautiful pages and posts in no time. I love that the site is updated often, stable and very user-friendly. I have no hesitation digging in and figuring things out because I don't feel like I'm going to "break my website" by trying things on WordPress. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way (and maybe there is to do multiple ...

Easy to Use - Even for Non-Developers
What do you like best? I like that Wordpress.org is intuitive and easy to use for non-developers. I am one of the admins at a smaller company with limited resources. I am able to maintain our site and keep content fresh through the easy to use layout and plugins. What do you dislike? I dislike how often they do updates, it seems there has been one weekly. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if the other features, like plugins and page builders, were on the same schedule. We've had our ...

Thoughts on Wordpress
What do you like best? User-friendly, flexible design, modular design, many themes available off the rack. What do you dislike? Far too susceptible to malware, hacks, and breakage. Recommendations to others considering the product It's great for having an easy to use platform for yourself and your clients. Just be mindful of security issues. Always update your version after backing things up. Also be mindful of theme providers. Not all of them offer good support and not all of ...

What do you dislike? I can't think of many things that I dislike about Wordpress; however, with it being open ...

the best blogging software out there, and versatile
What do you like best? If you host it on your own site, you have a ton of control, and while it can be complicated to manage, there's so much content out there to help you modify your site. What do you dislike? It's definitely not the easiest set up, certainly not as easy as something like blogspot or wordpress.com. You need to have some technical know-how to make it work. Recommendations to others considering the product It's definitely a great, customizable solution if you have ...
