Wordpress.org

What do you like best? Wordpress.org is a very easy to use and easy to start blogging site, or even a great host to your own personal website. The ability to have a website and domain hosting all in one place is very beneficial. What do you dislike? Wordpress.org seems to be a little behind on modern website templates, especially compared to other platforms like Squarespace. Recommendations to others considering the product Browse the template store for your website before ...

Very easy to navigate with little prior experience

What do you like best? I like how easy the platform is to navigate and customize once everything is set up. We have a web developer that we worked with to get everything for our website onto WordpPress, but past that it is my responsibility for the most part to keep things updated and make any necessary additions/changes needed. With the current structure, adding new content blocks to pages and customizing the messaging on the lead forms is very simple, and accessing images and other ...

Review

What do you like best? It is user-friendly. Writing reviews was easy. What do you dislike? Security is low. The account got hacked. Also it was hard to paste text. It would appear in highlight when I wouldn't wan't to be. Recommendations to others considering the product WordPress has its advantages and its problems. The main issue is that security wasn't up to par. My website was hacked, and the server crashed a few times. However, customer service was excellent, and it is easy to ...

Easy straightforward website editing service

What do you like best? I like how easy and straightforward it is to edit our website using WordPress. I don't have a background in graphic design or website editing but this makes it so easy to accomplish. What do you dislike? We used someone else to create the original outline of the website, and I wish we were able to have more control over the appearance and etc. on our WordPress end. Recommendations to others considering the product I would definitely take a short tutorial on ...

Worpess

What do you like best? The robust features and ability to customize things to our liking. What do you dislike? At times, you need to be a little more tech savvy to accomplish tasks. Recommendations to others considering the product Worpress.org is a great tool for creating a website and/or blog. Our social media manager uses Wordpress to add content to help spread information to our customers. At times, the service is a little tricky to use, but the abundance of plug-ins and editing ...

WordPress.org

What do you like best? What I like about this software is that if offers an amazing translation function. I am converting my website (psychedonlife.com from Website Builder on GoDaddy and it allows me the option to reach a global market. I don't have to switch providers as GoDaddy offers WordPress Management functions as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes thus far and am anxious to see my redesign go global. Recommendations to others considering the product It's ...

For a small organization on a budget, this is a great CMS

What do you like best? We love how easy it is for admins to use this software, especially compared to previous CMS systems that were clunky and expensive to update. Wordpress is mobile friendly, intuitive, and has lots of useful widget options. What do you dislike? Not all open source software is created equal, so we have to be careful with research of what to use. Also, even though it's open source you'll still need a developer to create a site that works for your business and that ...

WordPress is the Best

What do you like best? I like that WordPress is intuitive, easy to use, has a plethora of plugins to choose from, and is continuously updating improvements. As a very novice coder, it's made my life managing a blog much easier. What do you dislike? If you are a very beginner coder, then WordPress may be difficult to use and take some time to learn. It took me probably a few years of using it to feel as though I had completely mastered it. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Simple interface

What do you like best? I appreciate that WordPress has a simple interface that allows me to upload or add content without a lot of hoops to jump through. The pre-set templates are functional and especially for a new user, makes it easy to focus on content rather than building the perfect site. What do you dislike? WordPress doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of other platforms, but for my use, it's functionality has been more important than bells & whistles. Recommendations ...

Why wordpress is an effective way to communicate information and ideas

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of wordpress and the straightforward layout. It enabled all the members of my team to work independently and submit drafts, have them edited, and post them remotely and kept all the formatting standardized. I really liked the feature that shows when a post was last edited and by whom. What do you dislike? I disliked the lack of ability wordpress provides to connect with other. It would be cool if there was a feature that allowed you to see ...
