I have enjoyed the easy management of my website through wordpress.

What do you like best? I enjoy the large catalog of available plugins. What do you dislike? Response to support questions is slow at times using the community boards. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have customized my websites and others. I've found that the benefit is that WP.org provides everything you need to design and launch a site in minutes.

Why Go Elsewhere?

What do you like best? Wordpress is just so flexible. I've built several websites, ranging from free blogs to paid domains w/ paid themes. It's SO easy to get started, and then slowly start paying for paid features as you get better at websites. There's plenty of room for a business to grow, but not intimidating for a newbie. What do you dislike? Not much. I love it. Wordpress is the only platform I've used, and I don't see myself leaving. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Easy to deal with but have bad customer support.

What do you like best? Easy to use and modify by yourself without help. You can easily change the interface at any time with a click of a button. What do you dislike? They have the worst customer support, you can't reach anyone and your problem can't be solved easily. You have to depend on yourself and search the internet. They do have a dashboard where you can ask questions there or share experience with others, but when it comes to real efficiency, my problems are not solved and the ...
