I am plesantly pleased with the ease of Wordpress.

What do you like best? I love the simplistic design of editing. I can change and update my site as I need to without feeling lost or that I need a professional to make my page look fantastic. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike about Wordpress. The functionality and resources to be able to learn and feel comfortable with the program is right at my fingertips. Recommendations to others considering the product My recommendation is to learn the system first, make ...

Great Tool for Entrepreneurs and Beginners

What do you like best? My experience as a designer was close to zero when I began working on my side project. A colleague recommended that I try Wordpress for a couple of hours before seeking a contractor. The ease of use was stellar! I was up and running in no time. The themes offered are great and easy to customize. What do you dislike? I was a little overwhelmed by some of the advanced features of WordPress. One thing that I feel would be helpful is more interactive training content ...

A Must for Professional Bloggers

What do you like best? Most bloggers I know say WP.org is the way to go if you want to take your blogging seriously, or want to protect your work. Free sites can shut down your site at their own accord, but I don't have to worry too much about that now that I"m self-hosted. I love being able to monetize my blog now. There is a large number of templates and plug-ins available to make your website stand out. I love being able to "like" posts of other WP blogs. What do you dislike? I ...

Great, easy to use product!

What do you like best? With multiple hands logging into our account and updating, managing, removing, etc. items from our intranet page, the easy to use UI makes it a great tool for ones who are not familiar with creating websites. What do you dislike? It's hard to say that I dislike the product since I know why it was designed. Sometimes it would be nice to completely rewrite some of the code for more visuals. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Endlessly Customizable for All Levels of Expertise

What do you like best? One of the great things about Wordpress is how endlessly customizable it is. I have been able to find a plugin for basically any need I've ever had. Additionally it's easy to create a website that looks professional with little to no experience — and on the other side of that you can get as into the coding and customization as you want. I love working in Wordpress What do you dislike? Keeping up with updates is a bit of a chore, and there are issues when plugins ...

Great platform, but could be more user friendly

What do you like best? I love that this platform is great for beginners. I use this platform for my organization's website, and it gets the job done. What do you dislike? However, it still could be easier to use. As other platforms, such as SquareSpace, have come onto the market, the older crowd especially is shifting to easier and more user friendly arenas. Recommendations to others considering the product Instead of saving changes to see how your edits have altered your page, ...

Would highly recommend WordPress

What do you like best? WordPress is the main platform I use to submit various writing assignments to. No matter the website, I find that WordPress is almost always user friendly, and when it's not, the FAQ is very helpful. What do you dislike? Takes a bit of knowledge when it comes to building websites and coding if you are trying to build your own from scratch. It can take a while to learn. Recommendations to others considering the product Go for it, just be willing to learn or ...
