Easy to use and attractive blogs

What do you like best? I love the clean look of our blog and easy to use. What do you dislike? It can sometimes be buggy and lockup when posting but that could be my PC. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our new website did not have blog hosting. Wordpress was easily integrated to our new site while maintaing the look of the site.
