Wordpress the BEST content management system for your business website

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. It's so easy to upload new blog post or build a new page for your website. I love that you have so many plugin solutions that can solve almost any problem that you have (be sure that the plugin is a reputable one. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that I need to do keep on top of all the updates to the WordPress core and the plugins. If you don't stay on top of it, you can get hacked. You don't want to get hacked. What ...

Wordpress really can do it all

What do you like best? I love developing in Wordpress! It's very lightweight and flexible. Easy to customize. When somebody finds a hole, Wordpress is pretty quick to patch it. What do you dislike? I don't like the security vulnerabilities but then again who doesn't. Recommendations to others considering the product Wordpress is open source which means you have the backing of thousands of developers and contributors. It's the way most software should be instead of closed with ...

Word Press Review

What do you like best? I like that it is free to use and that you can use existing templates or customize your own. What do you dislike? On the admin side of things, I’ve had issues with things taking a very long time to load or not loading at all. I don’t think the software is very intuitive. I think that they need to change the way you can view your site on the admin side of things, for example, you cannot view what the actual page looks like while you are making edits. What ...

Ease of set-up: Check! Ease of customization: Meh.

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to set up a Wordpress account/site. Anyone can do it, and the customizable features are great. It's really an open book. What do you dislike? There are some customizations that, unless you're an engineer/super familiar with code, you just can't do yourself. I guess you could if you were really dedicated to it, but it's hard to really change the look and feel of Wordpress without intimate knowledge of code. Make sure you have someone who's an ...

It's the standard for a reason

What do you like best? Everyone knows that the best thing about Word Press is the ability for anyone to have a website. It's fun and easy to use, plus not only that. It's easy to update as well. I would be hard pressed to name another website that makes it so simple to refresh on a daily basis as WordPress. Maybe Tumblr, but still! You wouldn't have as professional a site, which matters! What do you dislike? The choices of free themes are limiting. I would like more, please! And more ...

Used to create website for one of our businesses

What do you like best? The mobile sites are very responsive and useful in this world where everyone is doing everything from their phones. Allows for many plugins, over 45,000 I believe to assist. What do you dislike? Very steep learning curve. Took a long time to get used to it and be able to comfortably be able to produce the website. Very technical interface and detailed. Once learning though its not bad, just a confusing user experience at first. For an additional charge, can even ...

Just an OK platform

What do you like best? The best reasons why I'd suggest Wordpress are surely that it does not require coding skills and it's accessible for everyone. It's quite easy to start a website or a blog with it, although it's not gonna be the very best. There's a modest variety of themes, or presets for the free version, while the premium covers a large variety. What do you dislike? Despite the fact that it does not require coding skills, it's still quite complex. Normally you'd want to make ...

First software I used to to set up a blog site with my sister

What do you like best? The user interface is very simplistic for beginner to expert level blog writers to build a website that attracts like minded audiences and for setting up email subscriptions. I did not have a clue of how to brand my site and on how to properly link it to my social media sites but this tool makes everything seamless What do you dislike? It could use more pizzazz as people are enticed by graphics and pixels but great help with my publishing aspect. ...

Blogging or Business, WordPress Rocks

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and the drop-down menus. There's a nice selection of free themes to incorporate. And the CMS is functional. What do you dislike? If you have more seasoned front-end development skills, you might want to be able to customize more and many features are static. Recommendations to others considering the product It's popular for a reason. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Setting up ...
