Runs the Web, but Don't Let it Run You!
What do you like best? WordPress famously declares that a great deal of the internet runs on its architecture. Truthfully, there is a lot of power under the hood, and for the user who is prepared to put in the time to thoroughly learn WordPress, and who perhaps is slowly to frustration, it can be enormously useful. What do you dislike? That is not to say that WordPress.org is perfect - far from it. For lack of a better term, the interface can be 'clunkly' - if you are not using ...

WordPress.org - the source for WordPress
What do you like best? All of the available plug-ins and the ease of installation. I like how the admin will notify you that updates are available (and also the ease of updating them. The automatic update of the core software is a huge plus too. What do you dislike? Some follow-up with developers is poor or nonexistent. On occasion it is difficult to get a plug-in replacement for one that has been relied on for a long time. I do understand that some fall off due to security issues and ...

What do you like best? Plug and play ability of the program. Wordpress allows for me to create websites at a fraction of the cost that it would be to create from scratch. What do you dislike? Wordpress can load slowly due to too many modifications to some themes. When working with the software it sometimes feels like if you don't enjoy the theme there is still a lot of customization work to do. Recommendations to others considering the product There will be a lot of creative ...
