Great customization with some tech knowledge/skills

What do you like best? The layout and customization is easy to use. There are plenty of plugins that assist with creating a nice working and visually appealing website that is functional and intuitive. However, some of these cost additional money, so you can easily start to rack up the expenses. There is a plugin that allows a plug n play website function so you don't have to know HTML, etc. What do you dislike? While there are a lot of plugins, there are many that could potentially ...

The only option for a great site which is customizable, links to everything, easy to create and edit

What do you like best? There is basically a plugin for ANYTHING. No matter what feature, option, ability, integration you need, chances are you can get it up and running in short order. I'm an accountant and had NO background in development, but I found a theme that worked for me and was able to build a site that looked better than ones my colleagues had paid $10,000+ for. What do you dislike? There are lots of plugins, but some are just bunk. Luckily the rating system is, for the ...

User friendly platform with low barriers to entry

What do you like best? Wordpress is somewhat easy to learn and easy to start with. There are tons of resources available both internally and externally about Wordpress. Wordpress also supports a variety of platforms and hosting sites, making it ideal for upstart vloggers and crafty personnel looking to take their business online. What do you dislike? Wordpress is a great beginner site, but there are some coding limitations for the more advanced and some of the organizational scheme ...

Great Communication Tool

What do you like best? It's really simple to setup and to get started with WordPress. Great looking, functional blogs. What do you dislike? There's not a lot that I dislike about my WordPress blogs. They work really well! Recommendations to others considering the product We have better luck paying for the hosted databases rather than hosting our own. Performance is much better in the hosted model. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

It is low-cost and therefore makes it a viable solution for our small business. I also like that I don't have to be a developer to install and use it. What do you dislike? WordPress does not give you the ability to create groups and assign permissions to various people. Therefore, you cannot regulate which sections specific staff ...

Easy to use layout and design

What do you like best? I love how straightforward WordPress is. It is categorized and generally simple to find your way around. WordPress has beautiful themes to choose from, many of which are free! What do you dislike? Some themes have too many custom options which ultimately slows down the effectiveness of the website and design. It has great security, but also worrying with how easy hackers may be able to get into the site with it being so popular. What business problems are you ...

WordPress Experience-Review

What do you like best? WordPress has many features that make for an easy to navigate, customizable, and powerful CMS. From the community extent ions, theme engine, and admin portal. There's virtually no limits. What do you dislike? I can't say there's much I don't like about WordPress. I've seen it evolve, and one can do so much with it. Honestly, with the resources available for it, I don't think 8 can complain at all. Recommendations to others considering the product Highly ...

Wordpress Review

What do you like best? I like the simple interface and ability to use many different kinds of plugins. It makes it easy to maintain websites through a rotating cast of assistants with different levels of experience. What do you dislike? Wordpress itself is great but some plugins don't keep their software working for older versions of .php, which my organization is in charge of updating, not us, and therefore until there's an organization-wide update, we can't use them. ...

WordPress is for the Masses

What do you like best? The UI is beautiful and easy to understand. The integrated tools allow you to easily see where you can improve on visibility, and can be easily taught to nearly everyone. What do you dislike? There are not many things I dislike about WordPress, the only thing I have is other integrations. Most companies have WordPress friendly coding and software, but there can always be improvements. Recommendations to others considering the product Pre-loaded templates allow ...
