Very common and very powerfull
What do you like best? When I first started using WooCommerce I was relatively new to Wordpress. WooCommerce was a great choice because its so popular, that it was very easy to find online tutorials for almost everything (specially if you choose a bundle host-woocommerce. Now that I know how it works I still like it because its very powerful. What do you dislike? Maybe the range of templates. As a start-up our products have evolved a lot and so, our site has to change accordingly. If ...

WooCommerce is essential for E-commerce Startups
What do you like best? I LOVE that WooCommerce works so well for startups who are building their businesses on Wordpress. plugins that build a whole suite with WooCommerce are awesome! What do you dislike? I dislike that it is not quite as customizable as we'd need. We're making it work and I'm sure it would work better if we knew more coding. Recommendations to others considering the product Do your research on the plug ins. Find a developer that is active and responsive. A lot of the ...

Most affordable way to open your own online shop
What do you like best? I like that it's super easy to setup, comes with a couple free themes that are nice looking, and they don't charge anything to use the basic, necessary features. What do you dislike? I dislike that they don't have more free themes because the paid ones are extremely pricey. Also, the calculated shipping feature they have built in doesn't always pull accurate shipping costs and won't let you customize it on other shipping methods. Recommendations to others ...

What do you dislike? It is pretty robust so it is hard to train clients on how to use it if they know nothing about wordpress. Recommendations to others considering the product you can make woocommerce as simple or robust as you like and you don't get held ransom for monthly charges. It take more work up front ...

Excellent tool, if you want a tool with features, and not a super-simple plug-and-play option
What do you like best? There's basically no scenario, from running 5 e-commerce stores with varying levels of complexity in the products, that I haven't been able to successfully execute with Woocommerce (plus a handful of Woocommerce extensions of course. It's possible to set-up a fully functional store at no cost, though most will probably want at least a few plug-ins/extensions to make things sing and dance. What do you dislike? It takes a lot of work to get Woocommerce's own themes to ...
