Works for what we need it to do

What do you like best? The platform is mostly intuitive. There seems to be a straightforward and apparent workflow, with not a lot of bells and whistles. I use WooCommerce in a very limited way, so it's great for that function. What do you dislike? Right now we use a different POS to ring up the orders. So on the back end, it's not integrated. I'm not the decision maker for the expense of integrating and don't k of the scope of what would have to change with our business to do so, but ...

Perfect for a small-medium sized business

What do you like best? The best thing about Woocommerce is that if it doesn't do something you want it do, there's likely an inexpensive plugin that will allow you to do it. For example, ship products based on weight or quantity, or have customers customise their orders in almost infinite ways whether it be by size, colour or even (with plugins allowing customers to essentially create their own variations of your product - one example would be a "design your own t-shirt" plugin in which a ...

Highly flexible and customizable solution for your online store

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’m using WooCommerce for 4 years and I like that I’m allowed to build multisite business on WordPress and this tool allows me to customize my work according to my needs. It fits perfectly and I’m using it on other websites as well. It is well designed and well thought out. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If yout server is powerful enough then you can build large stores but if you have lot of SKUs then you could ...

WooCommerce is a top choice for eCommerce

What do you like best? I like that WooCommerce has a strong presence as an eCommerce solution. A big part of that success is due to its being part of the WordPress ecosystem of plugins. What do you dislike? I doubt that WooCommerce would succeed as a standalone eCommerce platform. Their customer support has been lacking in the past, though it is improving lately with the addition of live chat and faster turnaround times on email-based support tickets. Still, the core plugin code suffers ...

Amazing plugin. Possibilities are endless.

What do you like best? I use WooCommerce for a few of my stores. It’s not 100% user friendly, but it’s close. It has amazing features that shopify and bigcommerce charge more for. You can download multiple free plugins to use with WooCommerce or pay a one time fee for the paid plugins. Compare that to a monthly fee like shopify and bigcommerce and it’s perfect for anyone on a budget. What do you dislike? There are a few things I dislike. Sometime the settings are confusing or not easy to ...

The Ecommerce bonus from using WordPress

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part is the robust dashboard, together with strong and reliable integration with similar platforms. WooCommerce was a great on-budget discovery, and we are using it to run our WordPress LifterLMS plugin. More precisely, we integrated it with our complex licensing system, meaning that we can create and email licenses automatically. Besides, it is easy, and doesn't cost a dime! Does it sound like something you could use? I ...

Simple and efffective

What do you like best? WooCommerce's key point is that it is so simple and easy to use that everybody can use it and integrate it in his/her website in order to manage the orders. I would say that WC makes e-businessess easier to manage because it doesn't require too much time, they warn you when someone makes an order so all you have to do is accept it. Also, it's easy to add new products, as well as discounts, make reports, etc. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, I think it is ...
