The alleged "technical support people" are completely useless, in terms of providing constructive solutions to technical issues in a reasonable timeframe. When you tell them they are no good, they merely ban you from the chat function to resolve technical issues! WAKE UP WOOCOMMERCE.COM, YOUR PERFORMANCE IS APPALLING!
