Way better than BC. I switched several years ago and while there was a learning curve how my site looks now and on BC it's a professional site with WOO. So much customization, and way more affordable. Got tired of the nickel and diming for every app on BG.

Customer Service Sucks

Reasonable functionality and design for a free plugin. HOWEVER, customer service sucks! The only way to contact Woocomerce is via support ticket, there is no e-mail, chat, or phone number available. And it takes MONTHS for them to reply if they reply at all. This is completely unacceptable as there may be critical issues that stop the store from working.
