Before committing, verify that the template library meets your aesthetic needs—some users find the default designs dated compared to competitors like Squarespace. Test the editor's responsiveness on mobile during your demo, as rendering can lag with complex layouts. Check whether your ...Read more

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, if you have never made a website before. Fun designs. What do you dislike? It doesn't integrate with as much as word press. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You are saving money. Because you can build a site on your own.

Good for easy and basic website design
What do you like best? I like that wix is fairly easy to use and requires little background knowledge about website creation. Their customer support is also extremely helpful and there is a lot you can do with the free version. What do you dislike? There are some occasional bugs, not a lot of diversity in terms of website dynamics and varied functionality, and several of the data input requirements are clunky or difficult to accommodate. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Intuitive, but somewhat limited
What do you like best? Wix is an excellent option for those without any web development experience. There is an almost overwhelming number of design templates, which you can edit to your liking using an easy to use (though slightly buggy drag-and-drop editor. The designs are modern and attractive, and all of them are mobile-friendly. When a problem came up while using the editor, I contacted the support team and received a helpful response within a day. Most importantly, Wix will get your ...

Easiest Way To Launch A Website For Beginners
What do you like best? Very intuitive and has a full set of basic website features to be used. What do you dislike? The templates can be somewhat limiting, but you can pay to access more. Recommendations to others considering the product For a lot of customization, try something else -- maybe Wordpress. But for a basic ability to get a site up and running with a fair amount of features (forms, etc., this is awesome. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Could Be Better
What do you like best? Visually appealing templates. Easy to use and navigate interface. What do you dislike? -WEB SITES ARE NOT RESPONSIVE. In our day and age, people view web sites on all different kinds of technology. AND Wix's corporate site IS responsive, so one would assume they would offer that functionality in their sites. Soo frustrating. -Interface is buggy. There are times when changes are saved, then inexplicably it reverts to previous versions. -Customization is ...

Very powerful way for even a novice to create a professional website
What do you like best? The user interface is really straightforward. I have some web design experience in the past and I was blown away with just how far these all-in-one web-based design suites have come. It really has come to a point where just about anyone with an idea can make a professional-looking website. What do you dislike? For someone who knows some HTML and CSS it's a little tough to get "behind the curtain" and make changes to the code when the WYSIWYG editor isn't doing ...

Great Website Builder and Host
What do you like best? Wix is inexpensive, easy to use and offers some great SEO and mobile options. They also offer free training sessions. What do you dislike? I don't like that the username becomes part of the free website name. I would prefer to keep those two items separate. Recommendations to others considering the product If you're not an html wizard and want to build a website, try using Wix. I built a four-page website (compatible for both desktop and mobile in less than a week.
