I would give Mike more than 5 stars! !!!!
I would give Mike more than 5 stars! He was amazing!! He was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and spot on. I am totally not computer savvy. Mike corrected all my issues in one timely call. I highly recommend Mike. All customer service agents should be as good as Mike. Thanks for all your help and support.

Best customer service ever! Sofia has been a real blessing. I have never had someone so patient and knowledgeable, as well as funny and smart. This experience has given Wix a soul, and I will be a customer for life.

Needed help computer nerd stuff
Needed help with domain stuff. Wix expert was able to understand what I needed, even though I wasn't using computer nerd terminology, and get the job done. Made it much simpler for me.

Chelsie was a literal breath of fresh air
Chelsie was a literal breath of fresh air. I was frustrated I couldn't get something to work and she went in, showed me how very quickly to resolve the issue myself, and also directed me to a resource that is available when that issue arrises. She even said if she couldn't figure it out she would get someone else on the team to help asap and respected my time. It ended up being so quick.
