helpdesk has solved the problem
It' been over one week since I first e-mailed Wix about an accidental double payment for my website. I did not get a response, so I charged back one of the two payments. Since then my website is offline. I've e-mailed, I've called, I've chatted, but no one seems to be able to solve this problem. My website is still not online.... Update: problem solved, website is online.

I love WIX
I love WIX! Been using them for years. Tried other website builders in the past but prefer WIX because they offer so much more! My websites always look beautiful, so many templates to choose from and they function so well. I have clients that also use WIX. I create their websites and then update them whenever needed. It is so easy to do because it doesn't involve coding. WIX are constantly developing and adding new things and their customer service is excellent.

J'utilise wix pour mes clients et moi et en suis très contente
J'ai réalisé mon site professionel sur Wix et je réalise également ceux de mes clients via la plateforme.L'outil est fluide, hyper simple à maitriser pour une personne comme moi, graphisme de métier.Il y a parfois des petits détails qui sautent qu'il faut remettre à jour, mais dans l'ensemble vu le prix de l'abonnement seulement 20€ par mois et le fait que je n'ai pas besoin de payer un professionnel (une fortune) pour effectuer les modifications sur mon site.
