Their customer service is outstanding, if ever I have a problem with something, I just fill in a call back form and someone will ring me and will not go until everything is resolved to my satisfaction. I have been using Wix as a host for my website for about 5 months now and they are great! The best price for the best service! I looked around at other hosts when putting my site together and wix just came across as the best for me. They make building the website so easy, and their customer service is quick to respond whenever I contact them which is very rare. Thank you so much Wix for helping me to create my website with ease!

I can honestly say that the WIX team have been nothing but helpful with my website and have supported me through the challenges of starting my business. I was suprised by seeing all the negative reviews but reading them I can see that alot of the 1 stars (not all of them) are coming from profiles with just 1 review to their name - a obvious sign of fake accounts and competitor strategies to undermine a perfectly good business - no qualms with the company here :)

What do you like best about Wix? Wix has the most amazingly awesome design interface that literally does most all the work for you no matter what task you are facing. Additionally, Wix has an automatic mobile view that creates my site view on mobile devices without me basically having to do anything.
