Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I've used Wix for a few websites now, and even though I've had the occasional frustration I can't fault their quick and easy customer service. Always there when I need it.

Customer Service was top-notch! Scott stayed with me for HOURS trying to help me find a solution to my issue on my Spaces app. We found a workaround and he went above and beyond to assist me.

Love using Wix!
Love the ease of use of Wix compared to some other platforms. They have a great variety of features, design templates, apps etc and now after using their online help chat feature, I'd gladly recommend them cos the help was friendly and efficient. Refreshing to actually have a query dealt with in one conversation.

Wix has a fantastic person on their…Hannah the AWESOME!!!
Wix has a fantastic person on their team named Hannah. The tech gang were all shut down for the day. She is not a tech specialist but she took the baton and ran with it anyway. My problem was solved and my bands web site is functioning properly. You should use Wix as a web hosting company if you value good customer care
