Excellent support system

PROS: Wix Answers is a suitable support tool for our business because it can collect as much data as possible from customers to better help them. What's more, it lets us gain the information we can use to improve our services. CONS: It would be nice if there is more room for in-depth insights that can help us dig deeper into the data we have.

Extremely easy to use

PROS: The solution was easy to install: we installed it on our own with external support. It took some time to learn the basics, but afterward, using the platform was a breeze. CONS: The email address that we reply to customers bears a Wix address. I would rather it was easy to change it to our company address.

Wonderful companion for small businesses

PROS: My clients like Wix Answers because it assists them in getting the support they need even when I am not online. This is great for us all because I cannot be online all the time. This is especially more advantageous during the holiday seasons. This way, I can get a step up in the game against local competition. An exceptional web-based customer service platform

Preise zu hoch, Support antwortet bei der ersten Kontaktanfrage sehr schnell, jedoch bei Nachfragen gar nicht mehr...Der Support hat auch einen "LiveChat" Support, bei dem man mehr als vier Stunden auf eine Antwort warten muss.Immerhin ist der Support trotzdem besser als bei den großen Konkurrenten.Zudem ist die gesamte Plattform nur auf Englisch verfügbar.
