What do you like best? The beautiful player makes my videos stand out. They make email opt-in as easy as banging my head to Metallica. What do you dislike? Nothing. Between the awesome customer service and the tutorials they make to support budding video makers...I am pleased. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Wistia is easy to use, easy to understand conceptually, and easy to fix when you run into trouble because of their top tier support team. It integrations with our systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. What do you like best? We have used Wistia for our video hosting since 2011 (one of the early adopters, I think). We were looking for a serious business-focused alternative to Brightcove, for which we were paying about $1800/month. I stumbled across Wistia, loved their clean, no-nonsense interface, signed up and our cost dropped to about $1200/YEAR (vs $1800/month) and has barely risen since... even though we have a ton more videos on their servers.
