What do you like best? I like that clients rarely have any questions and can download their video in multiple formats. The reliability of the site is top notch. What do you like best? I really like their heatmap functionality for time viewed by visitor. Also, tagging options, custom player, and calls to action directly on the videos. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use. All users are able to upload and share videos with minimal training/assistance. What do you dislike? Can be difficult to manage and organize large groups of videos into smaller segments. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
