What do you like best about Wistia? Continuous player improvements, culture, education, support. What do you dislike about Wistia? Player lacks Caption font customizations. Wistia doesn't load sometimes on Apple's "Safari" browser. What problems is Wistia solving and how is that benefiting you? Wistia has an integration with Pendo which allows us to easily embed videos into our app. The videos can be played seamlessly and the user can expand the screen if they want to. What do you like best about Wistia? Wistia allowed us to remove videos from YouTube giving us more control over what our patients see once the video ends. This prevented our viewers from being routed from a video about Dr. Smith and the services she provides directly to a video that promoted something contrary to our brand identity.
