I saw the project as promising bought some WXT token in the app of about worth $500. I was not using the card other than checking the balance. In 2023 they started charging me inactivity fees something like $5-$10 per month. Within 10 months they wiped out my balance with the last charge being $50 !!!! This is unacceptable, and a common practice at bucket shops that want to rob the clients. I filled a complaint and posted a negative review.

I have had my account blocked. Trying to contact Wirex to discuss my account is impossible. All communication is via automated response. Of which is difficult to navigate.
