I saw the project as promising bought…
I saw the project as promising bought some WXT token in the app of about worth $500. I was not using the card other than checking the balance. In 2023 they started charging me inactivity fees something like $5-$10 per month. Within 10 months they wiped out my balance with the last charge being $50 !!!! This is unacceptable, and a common practice at bucket shops that want to rob the clients. I filled a complaint and posted a negative review.

Wirex received the funds but refuses to credit the account or respond to any enquires. All the email addresses provided for complaints auto respond but never answer the query. I'm convinced WireX is a scam....

Update: 1/31/2024 no communication from Wirex, since my last comment, I have not received funds, only emails(01/09/2024) that they can not give me a specific time frame for refund. I want to have my funds back to my bank or I will take legal actions. Wirex has left me no other choice, Its not how regulated financial organisations are supposed to work and deal with customers. -------------------------------------------------- I invested $100 on 25/10/23, then $5000 on 2/11/23.
