I opened an account with wirex in July and had no issues until I started to use them regularly and on the 08/11/23 they locked my account and no matter how much I try to get them to contact me they never do.I have submitted so many requests and all my requests get closed but my account is stil locked. Updating this because I see that many people don't know that customers can actually submit a complaint to Wirex: The only way I could have my account unlocked after months and get access to my money was by sending a complaint to CUSTOMERCOMPLAINTS @ wirexapp.com, which is their official email address for complaints. I have over 4,236 GBP in this account and 4000 from its that should have landed in this account on Tuesday 7/11/23 which is not showing. there's no contact number to reach the wirex team and all you get is a ticket number (5652879)(5655649) 6x100 GBP was transferred from a uk bank and 800 from and wirex account there is no fraud and this is not good enough. my solicitors has been notified and and taking legal action so this doesn't happen to anyone els, I cannot say 100 percent its a scam ...
