Wirex is not processing my transfer for 1 week
I have made a transfer to Wirex 5 days ago, it still shows processing and Wirex support is not replying back. They are doing great marketing but their Support Team is very disappointing.

I have had a wirex account. Used the card, transfered crypto back and forward. With No problem at all. And then I did something wrong. I didnt put my destination tag. Ok, that was my fault. I use wirex for several years, but 4 days ago they asked for reverification process and I have no access to my money. The support team also doesn't respond. Ticket number: 5652088 Upd: it was fixed in 2 days after this review.

I sent usdt there and it didnt show up to my account but if i check the address on blockchain they recived it and exchanged it hour later!! Beware! Customer support is only telling it has been escalated further but that seems like bs!!! Request ID #5659359
