If I could give no stars I would. I have contacted Wirex be email 3 times with an automated message coming saying a ticket has been raised since Thursday 9th November 2023. Today is Saturday 11th of November. I tried to buy Travel Insurance for my son and daughter and confirmed the payment in the App the payment was declined several times and now my account is blocked. Wirex allow the trust to build, then BAM, your money is gone.
Wirex allow the trust to build, then you make a larger deposit and they freeze your account. You get nowhere with support. After chasing them for a few days and leaving a negative trust pilot review, they say your account is unlocked but on entering the app it tells you that your account is frozen until you provide source of funds. They restricted my account with my money ! and not replying to any of my Email !
I transfered 2900 AUD from my bank to Wirex then to transfer to my cold wallet , they restricted my account and they are not replying to any of my Email , I was satisfied with their services , I made more than 10 transactions and above 50.000 AUD but this last one they are not releasing my money on not transfering it back to my bank . eventhough I email them all of the requirements they are not replying to any of my Emails for a week !!!!! this is not acceptable ! I find the Wirex App very smooth and intriguing
I find the Wirex App very smooth, convenient and having a user friendly interface. What I definitely like the most out of its features is their Wirex Multiply, Credit and the DUO along with their own virtual and physical debit card feature that I would be availing soon. Overall, I really liked them adopting cryptocurrencies in this evolving space. Great job Wirex!
