Never received support reply to ticket 5709183 for over a month. Live support through the app didn't work. I almost ended giving details to strangely replying guy in wirexofficial 32k members group on telegram. Then i check the website and it had no telegram mentioned in the footer. Stole my money. They state they email me to investigate my situation but its all a lie. No commination what so ever. There state they are regulated, whoever there is no prof, there not on the FCA list. all these responses on here are only to make them selves look reasonable.
