Hi They have now kept my account restricted (5730404) (ticket number) for over a month with no response what so ever from wirex side i wish i read all bad review in here before i trusted them with all my money im still hoping they will resolve it Clearly understand you have some rules to Apply but nu going on 40 days with none whatsoever respons. It dosnt make any sende when all other Banks operate with a 10 days solution

Still holding funds for over 24hrs and…
Still holding funds for over 24hrs and the tickets are all coming back as resolved even though it is not resolved and they are still holding the funds! Been going round in circles with no proper response from Wirex - only an automated ticket resolved! Anyone have any ideas on how to speak to a real human being in Wirex as they continue to hold the funds!

been using wirex for the last 4-5 years service only getting worse .every time i make a UK withdrawal ( by fast transfer ) it gets PENDING for days/weeks. ticket number ( 5671214 .5671677 . 5671931 ) takes ages for them to reply .

The support takes months to answer your…
The support takes months to answer your problems. Even to close your account, it's been more than 2 months and still nothing. I was recommended to stay away from Wirex by everyone that tried and I decided to see for myself. Luckily I was successful at withdrawing all my funds, after painfully waiting and wondering if they would keep the funds frozen. There are better alternatives out there. RUN!
