I made 3 tickets regarding the closure of my account. This company seems to not respond - and this isnt the first time. Obviously they dont want people to shut down their account, even though we are in a delicate privacy business. Too bad.

I made a transaction from my Revolut bank but it doesnt appear on my Wirex Account Balance. Its been more than 4 hours. I have been trying to contact support via app but when I try to log in for support account, it says that my account cannot be found or something. I cant create a ticket to contact them. Who can help me?

Opened case with financial ombudsman!!

Got a response from their complaints team (after closing my account and not returning my money - a familiar state if you read the 1 * reviews on here) but it is useless and only stated they had followed procedure and returned the money which they 100% have not. The letter just stated they had closed the complaint and there would be no further comms on the matter!! Created the account and did all the verification steps, as soon as I tried to transfer crypto out to my personal wallet they won't let my money move in or out,they blocked my account and now they are telling me to put more money even tho I am trying to exchange what I got,2K that these company is stealing from me,NEVER INVEST WITH THEM,I actually send them 3 tickets and they told me I should wait for 1 business week to have my account unblocked.DO NOT INVEST THESE ARE SCAMMERS

Fraudulent company! Robbing customers blind.

Wirex has basically turned into a fraudulent company. Robbing customers blind. Hiding this behind storage fees. That can amount to thousands a month very easily. A word of warning to anyone storing crypto on their platform, Get off it as soon as possible! Move to a trustworthy company and not one that will rob you as soon as it gets a chance.

Still holding funds for over 24hrs and the tickets are all coming back as resolved even though it is not resolved and they are still holding the funds! Been going round in circles with no proper response from Wirex - only an automated ticket resolved! Anyone have any ideas on how to speak to a real human being in Wirex as they continue to hold the funds!

Dont ever use this bank no support what so ever or same response every time they have restricted my account now for 60 days (5672971) and not a single why or what i shall do to get my money.
