18 Paragraph give reason for lock an account, but do not give solutions to unlocked

I've read the paragraph 18 and I can say that no one of those circunstances is my case. In fact, before you blocked my funds and my account I just haved receive the new card. It means , that you renewed my account. If I were in one of the cases you explain in the paragraph, I'm sure you did't renew my card. Nonexistent customer service + charged for a card that was never received.

Have sent several requests to their customer support, not a single reply. Was charged for a card delivery that was never received back in February. 2 months waiting time and they will not refund card charge.

They block my account without reason. Outrageous inactivity fees.

My funds are locked since several months. I cant send Crypto or change Crypto or use my card. I have supplied my ID data several times, without effect. No answer to my emails. Update april18 By blocking my account, they can say my account is "inactive", and then charge "inactivity fee". This fee will eventually drain my account down to zero. Scam with poor support! I have no access to my own money for months, they answer only in case you leave report here, so I can recommend to use Trustpilot as a channel communication with wirex, nothing other works.
