I have had the Wirex account locked for…
I have had the Wirex account locked for more than 2 weeks now. I've been sending emails to their customer support and no response whatsoever. This is beyond inconvenience, my money is locked over there and staff simply doesn't care

Fraudulent Mirepresentation of XRP transaction fees. Look on the site, and it says XRP transfers to external wallet are at "Standard Network Fees". XRP transfers cost a fraction of a penny (typically 0.00001 XRP). Binance charges 0.2 XRP, which is acceptable. Wirex just charged £4 or 8 XRP to send 200 XRP or £100. If they'd made it clear they charge 4% to make an XRP transaction, I'd never have used them. It's flagrant misrepresentation, and I will report them to the FSA for deliberate ...

Ticket # 5582491 Since 3 months ago, no respond from the scammers. On all platforms, Wirex write, they will get in touch shortly, but they never. My funds still frozen, and I'm unable to withdraw my own money.
