Hello Wirex, I need help with my account. It has some problems, and cannot order card so I delete the account and created a new one to solve the problem. But it is blocking cause of phone number. I bought new phone number, and now it is blocking from informations. So it is blocked. I have no access to account. Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. There is little to no one that responds back to customers who have urgent inquiries or problems. I’ve sent multiple support requests but no one has gotten back to me

My card and account have been banned for no reason, and it's been over 2 weeks since I contacted customer service with a work order that has not been answered.

In over a month, they haven’t responded to my efforts to contact them, although I sent them all the information and documents they requested in their generic circular letter.
