Disappointed
Well, I wouldn't call it a Scam but in the light of recent events I am not sure if I want to continue to work with them. The exchange rate is obnoxious as well as the transaction time sometimes. I've been using Wirex for quite a long time and they've never disappointed me. It's a shame I have to withdraw my money.

Big scam..
Big scam... the first 2 transaction worked fine, after that when i put the big money in, it just stopped working. When you contact customer service they take weeks to answer back, they bamboozle you changing the ticket numbers and also tried to verify account 6 times they said my bank statement is not a valid document (while they mention bank statements are accepted as proof of address)

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs ! Shady as it gets, they hold funds to make interest, don't update the bitcoin price to market (now 1800 but real price 2500), take over 1 week to answer tickets. Worst of its kind

Used the card for 1/2 year
Used the card for 1/2 year. Endless problems! Card load issues, withdrawal issues, no support response, no working telephone number. Wirex is by far the worst bitcoin debit card service provider. They have so many issues and problems that it perhaps even is a big scam. Every company which is unable to fix their problems for now over 1 year and longer seems to have a serious problem. Avoid that company if you don't wanna lose money.

Problems with card loading.
Very slow on checking account. Problems with card loading resolved after 3 weeks after several contacts for the customer center. Exchanges with large differences in the actual price of btc.

I think Wirex (who changed there name to e-coin) might be a scam website.
Horrible service. tried getting my card verified (after being charged for it). sent all necessary documents 4 times! after about 2 months received an email stating that my documents were counterfeit and my account was blocked.. disgraceful! avoid at all costs..
