Wirexapp is a game-changing platform! Two years working with them with NO PROBLEM at all. I see there are people rating about, but my experience has never been anything like that. Fast exchange, fast transaction, card accepted everywhere in the world. It's like magic. I can't wait for my new contactless card, hope the start issuing as soon as possible.

Basic service works, but stole millions of dollars in Bitcoin Cash from their users.
While I can not confirm the negative experiences others had using the Bitcoin-based Wirex debit card, I have two major complaints that Wirex has not even commented on, let alone solved them. - Wirex charges high transaction fees for conversion of Bitcoin to fiat and vice versa. They claim that those are just the Blockchain fees - but checking the actual transactions on blockchain explorer shows those conversions are handled internally and never appear on the blockchain. Wirex has had some issues in the past. But then again, so has pretty much every single one of the similar providers. The biggest difference for me is that there seems to have been a massive ramp up recently in their transparency and the amnt of clear comms i've received. Can I also just make another point for anyone looking to use BTC hybrid accounts - Wirex are introducing many changes to be the best. OK - Wirex finally works but not thanks to their help desk! Visiting my 101 year old Mum, I tried to make the exchange (Bitcoins to plastic card) on her old iPad. The system worked immediately! So clearly Wirex have some problems getting their website to work on other browsers/operating systems. Maybe the WirexApp works OK on tablets and phones?? Anyway I finally rescued my bitcoins. Nope, nope, nope
Where to start. Rates are 5% lower than the market, so you loose there. You transfer btc to GBP and loose then. Oh and if its less than 50 good luck doing anything with that money, which they never tell you. Decided to try it out but its s**t. I will just come to terms that the 15 I have left there is lost money. Basically 0.02 BTC converted to somwhere around 0.012. DO NOT USE.

I deposited 125€ on my wirex account from my bank never arrived...I opened a ticket to support but nobody help me...I was robbed...so I've lost my money...stay away
