After writring review here wirex contacted and asked some details, I thougt that was a good sign and they will resply to me at least. However they just closed all my tickets without solving an issue or give me any reply! How are people managing to comunicate with support? Im really tired already with this.

I have been using Wirex for over 6 months, and till just recently I've been happy with the service. Then about 12 days ago a restriction was put on my account. I have money sitting in my account that I can't use it is very frustrating. I have told my Grandson to expect funds on the 30th November. I really don't know if that can take place. The Support team send me emails saying someone will be intouch shortly, I'm still waiting. Ann Jonson
