Sudden account restrictions and no help whatsoever

All of a sudden my account got restricted and I tried to contact support via the help page but to no avail... I would like to regain access to my funds but I'm starting to distrust this operation if this is how they treat costumers..

Violates European law. I signed up for this. Gave them a bunch of personal information, they denied it without a reason, had my national id, a bill with my address, video of my face, bunch highly private information, social security number etc. After they denied it i requested they delete my information (i can't use the service why would they keep it). Problem agaian again and again

I am user of Wirex account already for months already. IEverything started with a deposit.. On one side it is written that I had limit of deposit 37,000 AUD first problem was depositing of 1,800 AUd under my name.. I did it with 5 different card transactions. To sum balance there. Fraud!!

Fraud!!! They forgot to mention that their commission after 18 months of inactivity IS 0.003 BTC or equivalent per cryptoasset account per day for crypto balances. This means that in a morning I lost all my crypto coins I’v bought for several years in this wallet. Without any notice from them!!!

Really new to cryptocurrency and thought I messed up transferring my funds from Binance to Wirex and they helped me recover it and transfer to my wirex account. Good customer service!
