The support ignoring for 3 weeks . Giving 0 information. Ticket 5628341 1 phase All messages from support requesting focuments during 30 days was directed to spam and I had no clue I should submit any documents because before every time wires request any documents - i receive notification inside the app which is showed on main page. Very Similar to Scam Platforms
Wirex put my account under restriction for more than a month ago, I've been mailing them daily since then but no one is responding and my 1,500 GBP is frozen on the account. I can't do anything about it and no one is contacting me to resolve the issue.
