Not had access to my wirex account for a week and have funds stuck in on the lead up to Christmas with no reason as to why.

i have the problem to withdraw my money.i make all verification but i can't withdraw my money in euro. i am not interessed any more to use wirex account, i just want to withdraw my money i receive to my Bank Account.

Been waiting a month for verification to be completed. Get standard emails saying someone will get back to me and nothing. Cant comment on utility as I cant get through verification! 14/12 update. Had an email as a response to this review. Sent my documents 5 days ago and ...nothing. Getting emails promoting new products when I cant even get my account opened. The verification process/support is broken unfortunatley

Complete scammers. Had 0.05BTC. Saw they had started charging about €5 a month. Didn’t seem unreasonable to me for over $2000. All of a sudden that ups without notice or email and has zeroed my account. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t refund. They are unregulated THIEFS.
