Charged $125 two times to send around $700 worth of bitcoin
I have actually been a pretty satisfied customer of Wirex. That was until December 7th, 2023. I had been making a bunch of crypto transactions. The first transaction I was charged the normal fee of 0.000324. Then, just three hours later, I did two more transactions. For pretty the same amount of Bitcoin. This app is brilliant
This app is brilliant, the first time I used it my account wa restricted but this was my fault, I didn’t have the right currency when making a transaction. I couldn’t get hold of support so panicked! I emailed complaints asking for help and they responded quickly. It was all sorted, phew!
