Wirex stealing money from clients?

I’m highly confused how with so many bad reviews this company still going on. My card got suspended 2,5 weeks ago cause I tried to withdraw money from ATM several times and it didn’t work. After multiple attempts it got restricted. It can happen with everyone usually with normal banks it takes one phone call or message to support team and your card back to work! But wow with Wirex it’s been 18 days, over 30 emails, 20 opened cases on their app, Facebook messages, even Twitter … and you know ...

Be aware of wirex

Created account, did KYC and I was verified. I transfer money that I need to wirex. I'm unable to request the card and if I try to transfer the money by sepa to my account it gets rejected by wirex. Submitted several tickets and I continue not to be able to get the card or my money back. Edit: wirex on they response to this, states that they send me an email. I have not received the supposed email.

Support team not answering

Good afternoon, access to my account restricted since 16.10.2023. I sand request to support team same day(5608420). 31.10.2023 I received answer from Wirex support where you asked documents which shows my incomes.I sand dokuments at 01.11.2023.After that I have no answers and my account still blocked. In Terms and conditions says, that you should respond to me in 35 working days…So, could someone explain why my account blocked, and when I can use my money??!!!

I received an answer from Wirex that within 5 weeks the money would be returned to my account, but the money was missing and I never received an answer where my money went.

Blocked account for a month now

After a scamming incident involving another company and associated Wirex accounts my own Wirex account has been blocked for about a month now. I have repeatedly sent them mails asking to unblock my account but get no response from them. I have a cash balance on my account that I'm afraid of losing but it seems that no one's home at Wirex. Not impressed.

I find it necessary to share my disheartening encounter with Wirex, serving as a strong deterrent for potential users. Since November 16th, my account has been abruptly blocked, and despite numerous attempts and ticket #5675017, there has been no resolution or satisfactory explanation.
