Every day that goes by without receiving the cash refund I was promised on 22/12/2023 that would be within 30 days, I will give a bad review. At this time you are 20 days late. Please give me my money back. Support tickets 5782612, 5782617 and 5782618 never got a response and they stand as RESOLVED. My advice -- stay away from Wirex
My advice -- stay away from Wirex. If its too late and your account/funds got blocked, read on. It looks like the only thing they actually react to is complaint sent to "customercomplaints" at their domain, i.e. forget the one they provide here. Probably this mailbox is monitored by authority which supervises them should it exist at all in UK, Lithuania, Croatia, Singapore or on Mars.
