Such a great app

Please remember this is not a crypto wallet. They charge you inactivity fees if you don't use the card, which will quickly eat into your balance.

If I could give no stars then I would. I had a issue that was resolved but when I had put in numerous requests I did not get a response ever. This time I made a crypto withdraw. Wirex in the app said the transaction was sent. I waited but no deposit into my account. I then went back into my Wirex app and could see my transaction was Pending. It's been pending for 13 hours and iam stressed out. I have reached out to Wirex customer support 3 times now with zero reply. Only a auto message ...

Non Responsive Contact Support and Pending payment
Had my account for a while. I tried to make a withdrawal yesterday and unable. Automated responses and no reply. Unable to log in online. Tried to call number on card. Doesn’t connect. Ticket numbers 5756317 5755749 5755770 Please process my payment They keep saying regulatory checks. Are you doing regulatory checks for 5 days. Why not ask clients questions if you have doubts. No online chat. It’s a shame. Cancel the transaction and leave my money active then. What nonsense
