Im absolutely lost for words almost for how useless this company are . 4 weeks and no reply . You’ve marked down my request as being resolved , but it is far from it . I just can’t access my account and nobody seems to give a damn . Every form of communication seems to fall of deaf ears . Couldn’t be anymore disappointed

Terrible Terrible costumer support
Terrible Terrible costumer support, no reply whatsoever. Account restricted for unknown reasons. If I had funds in my bank and no bank or financial authority had questions about it, why should a crypto exchange freeze my funds indefinitely???? I just do not understand, If I can't use your platform for sending crypto then delete the account and send my funds back to my bank. RUBBISH COMPANY
